In addition, low budget accommodation for students will be offered.
Deadline for Hotel Booking
Deadline for hotel bookings is May 15th, 2009.
After this deadline, reservations will still be handled. However, MONDIAL CONGRESS & EVENTS cannot guarantee hotel accommodation after this date.

Cancellation Policy & Terms & Conditions
Please note that hotel bookings can only be accepted and confirmed upon receipt of the deposit payment required per room (two nights). The number of nights booked is binding and will serve as the basis for your hotel invoice. Please note that, in case of early departure, the hotel is entitled to charge all nights booked. The balance between the deposit and your total invoice must be settled directly with the hotel. For cancellations received by May 15, 2009, an administrative fee of EUR 35,00 will be charged. For cancellations received after May 15, 2009, deposit payments shall be forfeited. Only written cancellations may be accepted. Reimbursements will be made after the conference.
Liability
Mondial Congress shall act as a mediator only and cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage incurred. The liability of transport and other service companies shall not be affected by the above. Only written agreements shall be valid. The place of jurisdiction shall be Vienna.
